AGB's flexible, facilitated workshops help chief executives and board members address specific areas of need. These workshops focus on strengthening relationships, building trust, and improving individual and organizational effectiveness.
Specific topics include but are not limited to:

In additon, AGB offers a variety of assessment options, designed to assist boards and chief executives in improving their performance through self-assessment and goal-setting. In reviewing and discussing issues that affect their membership, organization, and performance, participating boards confront the key factors that help or hinder their effectiveness.
Each workshop is conducted by an AGB faculty facilitator who has expertise in the subject area. These workshops are designed to enhance board members knowledge of key board responsibilities. A workshop can encompass a single topic or several different ones.
Our workshops are structured so that a significant amount of time is dedicated to gathering preparatory materials about the institution and the board. Our intensive preparation ensures that AGB services are custom-tailored to address the specific needs of your board or board committee.
