“As a board member of both a public institution and the state’s coordinating commission, I’ve experienced firsthand the value of investing in board leadership. AGB staff testified in front of our state’s legislative committee on higher education, and AGB consultants facilitated workshops with both of the boards that I serve. Investing in the governance capacity of our colleges and universities allows for better policies and practices to serve students and our state.”
Allison Dean Love, member, the Citadel Board of Visitors; commissioner, South Carolina Commission on Higher Education
