The Association of Governing Boards offers the following services to assist trustees and institutional leaders in strengthening governance at their college, university, or institutionally-related foundation.

AGB Consulting offers workshops and consulting engagements to address your governance issues, as well as a "Consultant-on-Call Service" -- a confidential, complimentary members-only service that provides you with an opportunity to discuss a pressing governance concern with an AGB consultant during an hour-long consultation.

Benchmarking Service, available to member institutions as a yearly subscription, provides easy access to data on key performance indicators for thousands of colleges and universities. The data and formats featured in these reports highlight "big picture" financial and operational information boards need to fulfill their fiduciary and governance responsibilities.

AGB Search, an affiliate of AGB, assists colleges, universities, systems, coordinating boards, and institutionally related foundations in planning for, recruiting, selecting, and transitioning new executive leaders.

The J.L. Zwingle Library and Resource Center for Academic Trusteeship and Governance is a repository for the best research and scholarship on trusteeship, governance, and the academic presidency. It represents the strong commitment made by AGB to serve as a continuing education resource for its members.
