College access and completion remain major issues for the states and for our national agenda for economic competitiveness and renewal. Texas remains one of the leading states for addressing these critically important issues.  This meeting will engage participants on successful institutional strategies to enhance participation and success, including several ideas contained in a recent report, Front and Center, Critical Choices for Higher Education, produced by the Association of Governing Boards and the Miller Center of Public Affairs. Lunch and materials are included.
