Can you suggest a source that outlines protocol for running board meetings?

In the U.S., Robert’s Rules of Order is one of the most popular handbooks of operation for running meetings. Many higher education institutions’ bylaws prescribe Robert’s Rule of Order, now in its 11th edition, as the parliamentary authority. An Internet search on “Robert’s Rules of Order” will retrieve a number of sites devoted to summarizing, interpreting, and selling the handbook.
