Closing the Gaps by 2015: Texas Strategies for Improving Student Participation and Success

This report summarizes the joint four-year effort of AGB and the Texas Coordinating Board to educate and inform leaders and citizens, and highlights the totality of work thus far of a state confronting major demographic change and achievement gaps in education. Board members, higher education executives, and state policymakers will find the report a useful examination of one state's strategies, initiatives, and ideas on how to tackle one of the biggest challenges facing the nation.
