Texas Higher Education Star Awards Report, 2001-2008

This report highlights and recognizes award recipients for their efforts to develop and implement the state's most successful programs, projects, and activities that help meet the goals of the Texas higher education plan, Closing the Gaps, by 2015. Many worked to develop and implement effective programs and activities. The Houston Endowment, Inc. provided support to the Texas Coordinating Board and the Association of Governing Boards of Universities and Colleges in their regional and statewide education and dissemination programs related to Closing the Gaps.
