Without knowing your institution’s mission, history or culture, I bet I can guess its strategy.

Let’s start with the process.

Early in your president’s tenure, a strategic planning process was launched—with a new but somehow utterly familiar name. A special website was created. Several input sessions were held. And multiple committees recommended a slew of new ideas and initiatives.
