EVENT UPDATE

Prioritizing the health, safety, and well-being of our members, staff, partners, and contributors, AGB has decided to make an important change to the upcoming National Conference on Trusteeship.

We are transitioning the event from IN-PERSON to VIRTUAL. We urge you to pursue cancellation and/or reimbursement of your travel expenses with the appropriate vendors as soon as possible. If you have made lodging reservations with the Gaylord National for the program, you will need to contact them directly.

National Harbor NCT 2020

The National Conference on Trusteeship will be held at Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center, 201 Waterfront Street, National Harbor, MD 20745.

AGB has secured a room block for National Conference attendees at a group rate of $289 per night (exclusive of taxes and resort fees).

Once you have registered for the National Conference, you will receive a hotel reservation link in your meeting registration confirmation.

Deadline for reserving a room at the group rate is March 13, 2020.

A few tips:

  • Reservations should be made in the name of the person registered for the 2020 National Conference on Trusteeship. Multiple reservations under the same name will not be accepted.
  • Your credit card will be charged a (1) one-night deposit to guarantee each individual reservation.
  • All reservations must be made online through the reservation link provided in your meeting reservation confirmation.

Flying Into the Area

National Harbor is close to all three of the area’s major airports, including Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, Washington Dulles International Airport and Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport. Take advantage of the city’s taxis or rideshare options to get here with ease.

Parking at National Harbor

National Harbor has three covered parking garages close to attractions, hotels, shops and restaurants. Guarantee your spot by pre-purchasing parking for your next visit in the Fleet Garage, Mariner Garage or St. George Garage. Metered on-street parking is available in select areas. Gaylord National offers additional spots for activities at the Hotel and Convention Center.
