December 16, 1:00–2:00 PM ET
Colleges and universities are at the center of public debate about polarization, civic engagement, academic freedom, and access to opportunity. The Citizen Service partners with institutions across eight states to provide No-Blame, Problem-Solving training that equips students, faculty, staff, and trustees with practical tools for constructive engagement. By moving beyond partisanship and finger-pointing, this approach helps bridge divides, strengthen community relationships, and foster collaborative leadership—building public trust in higher education and strengthening our democracy.
Speakers:
Rashawn Davis, executive director, The Citizen Service
Michelle Curry, university and programming director, The Citizen Service
Vivian Fernandez, senior vice president of HR, Rutgers University
