Amicus Brief to the U.S. Supreme Court in Support of Northwestern in Retirement Plan Case

AGB joined the higher education community in filing an amicus brief to the United States Supreme Court in support of Northwestern University in April Hughes v. Northwestern University, in the retirement plan case. The brief explains that the retirement system for higher education has always looked different than the system for corporate America and that flexibility is needed to administer plans based upon the particular needs and preferences of participants.
