Warning! Beware of unauthorized housing companies (hotel “poachers”) that contact individuals offering cheaper rates. This practice, also known as “room pirating,” is a scam that all convention attendees should be aware of in order to avoid passing along personal and financial information. Please only go through the link provided by AGB in your confirmation receipt to make your reservation in the AGB room block. Note, no one from our organization will call you to make your reservation. Hotel poachers will claim to be an AGB partner or the “official housing company” and will sometimes ask that your room be paid in full, up front.

Getting to Orlando.
By Plane
The major airport is Orlando International Airport (MCO). It is approximately 25 minutes from the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress.
Orlando International Airport (MCO) works with more than 40 scheduled airlines to provide nonstop service from over 150 international and domestic destinations.
Also servicing the area is Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB).
Ground Transportation
Once you’ve reached Orlando, you can choose from a robust selection of public transportation, rental-car providers and even ride-share options such as Lyft, which can pick up and drop off at MCO.

Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress offers underground valet parking for the convenience of all hotel guests. Maximum clearance height is 6’10”, although some areas allow for higher vehicles. Please check with the valet parking staff upon arrival. Oversized vehicles, including RVs and vans, may be self-parked in remote lot #7.
