Form I-9 Requirement Flexibility

AGB joined the higher education community in sending a letter to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) requesting to further extend its previously announced flexibilities on the Form I-9 compliance requirements through June 30, 2022, in light of the uncertainty posed by the recently discovered COVID-19 Omicron variant.
