On March 22, AGB joined the higher education community in signing a letter stating the community’s positions regarding H.R. 4521, the America Creating Opportunities for Manufacturing, Pre-Eminence in Technology, and Economic Strength (COMPETES) Act of 2022 and S. 1260, the U.S. Innovation and Competition Act (USICA), before Congress reconciles them together.
