Amicus Brief and Motion to Delay Effective Date of Final Title IX Rule

AGB joined the higher education community in submitting an amicus brief to the District Court for the District of Columbia in support of the motion to delay the August 14, 2020 effective date of the Department of Education’s new regulations on Title IX filed by 18 state attorneys general.
