Transformation is both a critical challenge and opportunity facing Higher Education governing boards and leadership teams. There is no one-size-fits-all solution to the transformation puzzle – each institution or foundation will need to follow a path that is aligned with their specific context and mission. Board professionals occupy a critical position of great importance with respect to institutional transformation and can serve as key educators and facilitators of knowledge.
